Guarantee

All merchandise are guaranteed against manufacturers defects. In the rare case of a manufactures defect or shipping damage, please notify us promptly, so the item can be replaced.  We cover all shipment charges in regard to manufactures defects and shipping damage.

Hours of operation (Internet and Phone orders)

Our  hours of operation are 9:00 AM - 6:00PM, Atlantic Standard Time, Monday - Friday.   Orders and E-mail received outside these hours will be processed the next business day.  We encourage the use of E-mail for correspondence.

Minimum Orders

We have no minimum dollar requirement for orders, however to cover the cost of shipping materials and handling, a $4.75 surcharge is placed on orders when the merchandise total is less than $25.00 dollar.

Huge Curling Savings also uses rigorous security standards to protect customer information offline as it does online.

All customer data is kept private and confidential, and is used solely for order processing.  We do not sell mailing lists or other customer information.

Returns

Our Supplier, Olson Curling aims for 100% Customer Satisfaction. All of Olson products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Please keep a copy of your Packing Slip or email order copy for proof of payment. The warranty does not include damage due to product misuse, abuse, or regular wear and tear.

If you purchased an item that does not fit correctly or that you are not satisfied with, we will gladly accept the item back for return or exchange. Please contact us at returns@httpwebsales.com or toll-free at 1-888-525-6363 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Item must be returned within 30 days of original date of purchase (provided the items were not damaged after delivery). There is no restocking charge at this time. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise. 

Please e-mail or call for a RMA number, and we will provide instructions for returning the goods.
  Items returned without an RMA number maybe subject to surcharges or could be redirected back to the customer.

Our Christmas return policy applies between October 15th and Dec 25th on any gift that falls outside the normal 30 day guarantee. 

For Christmas gifts, requests for refunds or exchanges must be received by Jan 15th, provided the gift is in new and unused condition, and with the original packaging.

Refused Shipments

We ask that you follow our return policy for faster processing as refused shipments may take up to 3 weeks to be returned to our warehouse causing a delay in processing your credit and to avoid administrative fees.

We incur shipping charges on all shipments to our customers.  If there is an error on our part or by the shipping company due to a refused shipment, these shipping fees will be refunded or credited along with the cost of the item(s) purchased. 

If through no fault of HTTP Web Sales or the courier company, the shipment is refused, all shipping charges (both directions) will be deducted from your refund, upon return receipt of the merchandise.  In addition, a 15% administrative fee will be charged, to cover restocking, courier recovery fees and other administrative charges.

Accepting the shipment, and emailing or calling for an RMA number is standard business practice, and is designed to reduce the cost and to speed up the processing of refunds for the customer.  Please refer to the detailed instructions for all returns at detailed return instructions.

Taxes

Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, 
Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland

We are required to collect the HST by law on orders being delivered to Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland.

The HST rates for these provinces are as follows:

  • Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador - 13%

  • Prince Edward Island - 14%

  • Nova Scotia - 15%

British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan,
Manitoba, Quebec, and the Territories

We are required to collect the 5% GST by law on orders being delivered to non-HST provinces.  The submission of provincial taxes (if applicable for your province or territory), are the responsibility of the customer.

USA

US Shipments are shipped either DDP (Delivery Duty Prepaid) or exempt under Section 321 of the US Customs Acts, and therefore you will not incur any duties handling fees or state taxes.  

International

Outside of Canada and the USA, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
