All merchandise are guaranteed against
manufacturers defects. In the rare case of a manufactures
defect or shipping damage, please notify us promptly, so
the item can be replaced. We cover all shipment
charges in regard to manufactures defects and shipping
of operation (Internet and Phone orders)
Our hours of operation are 9:00 AM -
6:00PM, Atlantic Standard Time, Monday - Friday.
Orders and E-mail received outside these hours will be
processed the next business day. We encourage the
use of E-mail for correspondence.
We have no minimum dollar requirement
for orders, however to cover the cost of shipping
materials and handling, a $4.75 surcharge is placed on
orders when the merchandise total is less than $25.00

If you purchased an item that does not fit correctly or that you are not satisfied with, we will gladly

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Item must be returned within 30 days of original date of
purchase (provided the items were not damaged after
delivery). There is no restocking charge at this time. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise.

returning the goods. Items returned without an
RMA number maybe subject to surcharges or could be redirected back to the

between October 15th and Dec 25th on any gift that falls
outside the normal 30 day guarantee.
For Christmas gifts, requests for refunds or exchanges
must be received by Jan 15th, provided the gift is in new
and unused condition, and with the original packaging.
Limitations and Full Return Instructions
We ask that you follow our return policy
for faster processing as refused shipments may take up to
3 weeks to be returned to our warehouse causing a delay in
processing your credit and to avoid administrative fees.
We incur shipping charges on all shipments to our
customers. If there is an error on our part or by
the shipping company due to a refused shipment, these
shipping fees will be refunded or credited along with the
cost of the item(s) purchased.
If through no fault of HTTP Web Sales or the courier
company, the shipment is refused, all shipping charges
(both directions) will be deducted from your refund, upon
return receipt of the merchandise. In addition, a
15% administrative fee will be charged, to cover
restocking, courier recovery fees and other administrative

calling for an RMA number is standard
business practice, and is designed to reduce the cost and
to speed up the processing of refunds for the customer.

We are required to collect the HST by law on orders being delivered to

GST by law on orders being delivered to non-HST provinces. The submission of provincial taxes

US Shipments are shipped either DDP
(Delivery Duty Prepaid) or exempt under Section 321 of the US
Customs Acts, and therefore you will not incur any duties
handling fees or state taxes.
Outside of Canada and the USA, duties and taxes are the
responsibility of the customer.
